The advantage with AC's suites - is that one has a large amount of space to one self. That is not the case with those airlines who have angulated straight beds.

However, the service on SQ is probably superior to that of AC, in their respective business class cabins.

PS-Does SQ offer true flat beds only in first class - or do any beds in their fleet, including their new A380, truly have flat beds in business class?

True flat beds in New Business Class on 77W flights from SFO and LAX (3 times a week with New Business). A380 flights have New Business Class as well.
