It totally suggests otherwise. And for one very good reason: sex sells.
Doesn't surprise me that this is the official line. But if someone paying big $$$ for two suites is quiet and generally discrete about it all, then I don't think anyone on the crew would make too big a deal.
The problem is keeping it quiet!
