That is only for those who ticketed on NH, and fly on NH metal. If you ticket on UA, and fly on NH, it is a different scale. As you know, G class on UA means employee class, which earns no miles. But G and T class on NH are "Tour inclusive fares", which still earn 50% of actual miles.
