Agree on the 1st class. For BA, I'm handed a pair of pyjamas to wear in first. You want inappropriate, you should see some of the people trying to change at their seats rather than the lav!

Must disagree on the lav issue. No one claimed it was the largest issue in their life. But it is an annoyance. Just as some people on long hauls choose their seats based on lack of traffic, I choose my 6:00 in the morning seat based on how much sleep I can get. Obviously, the windows are preferred..by me and everyone else. If I get 3c or d to minimize traffic and bothers while I catch up on my ugly sleep, I'd rather not have the Macy's Thanksgiving Day parade go by!
