SAP Analyst III, Middle East

Reporting to
EMEA Head of IT

Principal Job Purpose

• Drive SAP implementation in the Middle East.
• Assess Middle East IT needs and direct IT strategies and services to meet business requirements.

Objectives/Responsibilities

• Responsible for ongoing analysis of current and future information technology needs throughout the organization, including hardware, software, storage and delivery infrastructure.
• Implement/Maintain SAP/ERP systems and/or other global/regional infrastructures/initiatives in the region.
• Work directly with the SAP Platform Director to maintain SAP’s Global system integrity.
• Advise the EMEA IT Leadership Team on IT planning, acquisition, management, use, control, alignment with organizational strategies and priorities, emerging IT trends and issues.
• Maintains knowledge with respect to relevant state-of-the-art technology, equipment, and/or systems.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science / Computer Technology or IT related field
• Broad SAP experience; particularly in the Finance (FICO) and Sales & Distribution (SD) modules.
• At least 5 years experience in information technology and project management.
• Must be able to demonstrate a thorough knowledge of a broad range of information technologies, including telecommunications, information management and information security.
 Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to communicate through all levels of the organization and with multinational personnel from a variety of cultures and backgrounds.
 Highly motivated and able to work independently.

Travel

Regional travel within EMEA
