My company used to use Genesys, but we now exclusively uses WebEx. We're pretty happy with it. I'm personally very fond of the Personal Conference Number feature -- you can have up to three PCN's, each with its own moderator code, attendee code, and "mute attendee" code. WebEx personal conferences are audio only, but are always available, you don't need to schedule the meeting. Great for ad hoc conference calls when you're literally on the road, don't need the Web conferencing part, and can't log into the Internet to create a new meeting. Don't know if it's included on the MeetMeNow package, though... I didn't find a comprehensive features matrix looking briefly on www.webex.com.
