There are assumptions being made here by those who think they know the circumstances. Know that you don't always know the full story. In any regard, to clarify my "hating" AAL Advantage Customer Service - it is possible to strongly dislike (a better word no doubt) policy and procedure without disliking or vilifying the people whose job it is to carry out some of the nonsense. I have been a member here long enough to know that posting on this board does not mean that one belongs to a fan club!!
