I am on special diet so I brought food with me. When I asked if they could warm it up for me in the microwave, they refused. I offered to do it myself but they still refused.

I would think they would do it for the customer as a courtesy.Other hotels either provide a microwave or do it for me. Hyatt customer service said that the hotel has the final say.
