It appears that you have already answered that question yourself -- by checking fares from YOW to a series of US cities, and then checking fares from those US cities to DEL.
Information on the combinability of each fare can be found in the [COMBINATIONS] section of the Fare Rules (using Fares/ZUJ). However, given the complexity of those rules, it may be advisable to contact your booking channel (travel agent or the airline) for clarification.
Thanks, for the information.
The question is, if fares on different segments are combinable, do either of the 2 sabre access methods allow you to generate a new estimated combined fare.
The question is relevant to aircanada.ca - if I want a combined fare on 2 connecting flights - and I want to get the fare by manually adding the 2 segments - the aircanada.ca/com web site will only add the individual segment fares, not combined them (even for the same booking codes/fare classes). Do either of the 2 sabre methods allow fares from 2 or more different (one-way) segments to be combined, rather than added?
