we use WebEx and have done for years with varying levels of success, but recently ran a trial of Livemeeting, and were very impressed.

A free beta product I looked at - DimDim - also has potential, but we didn't take our interest too far as it doesn't yet allow remote control of a desktop. I think it's on the list for GA.
