In my previous company, I (they) paid full fare J for me to fly to LHR, NRT, HKG, SYD etc...
Rather, it was JCORP, so included our negotiated discount.
Keeping in mind that many of these trips were fairly last minute, and I was at a level that "permitted" business class (though never F) for overseas travel.
I'd estimate the average spend to achieve ~100-~150k status miles each year was $40-$60k.
