What to do with all these flight credits?
So I've been racking up the JB flight credits (BOS-SAN). Between the online booking, the biz AMEX triple points and the AMEX purchase credits the true blue points are racking up fast.

The question is - what to do with them? I really don't want to fly anywhere. I'm just a few miles (5000) away from 1k on UA and I see a much higher value with their miles (upgrades, etc) than my true blue credits - but UA doesn't fly non-stop SAN-BOS.

Will there ever be an opportunity to cash in my true blue credits for something other than free flights?!
