I've asked this question many times to res agents and they've always answered the same way -- NO. In my experience, using seat counter, the answer is also no. Also, no real benefit to the airlines to marry upgrade segs (plus, adds a whole layer of YM complexity they can't afford). Anyone see benefits to marrying segs vs not?
