You need to register for an ANA MC account. Once you have done that on their site under "My AMC Account" there is a section where you can search for econ/biz/first availability on *A partners. While the ANA tool for the most part is accruate, in the end of the day it all depends on what Starnet shows and for all I know there is no public access to that.
