What was the BOM debacle??

I severly doubt there will be a BMI flight that way as convenient as it would be! If you think about it Virgin have recently moved into that space offering quite a decent product expansion to cover that route so now you have

- BA, VS, AI, Jet (and maybe some others) all flying direct
- as well as possible connections with through Europe
- and the rapidly growing option of connections with Qatar or Emirates etc

So all in all there is quite alot of competition.

If only you could get VS status miles on DC!
