Another bump question.
My flight DCA-DTW (NW 331, 4:17 p.m. deprature) flight is oversold on Oct 30.

I would normally take a bump if offered, but I am connecting to fight 68 to AMS, which connects to my onward flight to IST. I can take a bump only if I can make the connection to the AMS-IST flight according to my booked schedule at 9:10 a.m. Moreover, the GA agent wouldn't want to give bump to a pax whose itinerary requires a lot of work.
The only way I can keep my IST connection is to get to AMS by about 8:00 a.m, which can be done if I take the IAD-AMS KL652. Ddoes that seem like an awful lot of work for the GA? If it does happen, can I still claim miles for my itinerary as booked?
Any other suggestions will be greatly appreciated.
My DCA-MSP flight tomorrow also seems to be sold out
