Geez louise... when given a choice of 'Please login or continue without registration', you click the radio button beside 'Booking without registration' and
don't change the country to france but just click on continue.
Since you will be buying an etix the address doesn't matter!!! Then you will be shown the 'Passenger Details' screen where you can enter the FF number.
