Tom911, I booked on two different tickets because I had a 15% off UA coupon and the UA CTO couldn't book that portion and the BD flight on one ticket.

Is there anyway I can get UA to "link" the two PNRs so I might get that kind of transport between the terminals? That would be a lifesaver. If it makes any difference, there will be three of us making the same connection. All three flying C on the UA portion.
