I would totally take this up with DL... you used your Skymiles to book the trip... your link to SU is through DL... and if DL won't help you than SkyTeam should... isn't the whole point of the alliance to break down the service barriers between the airlines??? Seriously, if SU wants to be a part of SkyTeam than live up to the customer service. AirEuropa, who is a not a member, but an "Associate" member, has significantly better customer service. If SU is as bad as everyone says, than demote them to "Associate" status until they improve.

And FYI... SkyTeam 10 Great Reasons... No. 2... "You are guaranteed quality SkyTeam service on all member airlines."
