Just with regards to AMS - I know the first assistance contractor there was really good, in fact, that contractor might be the best one in Europe. I believe they now have the contracts at some Spanish airports. They lost it at AMS because of a higher price, and what did you get? A really, really poor service. I don't know who has the current contract, but I know cost-saving AMS has been an issue...
