I In DFW there is a lounge ( you have to ask the staff for alcoholic drinks ) and there is a small F section (through an open door when I was there so technically anyone could walk through it)

I believe the former F area in DFW is now just a separate part of the entire lounge - or it was when i was there earlier this year.
My crew in F was OK but the service wasn't as crisp as my normal BA F flights.
