The 767-200 United domestic business class seats are pretty ratty. I coughed up a lot of miles for upgrades on these seats, and was not at all satisfied.

I would strongly try for the 767-300 if available. Or, If the 777 is available, definitely go for it.

About the Airbus, I have had mixed results.
