In all fairness, they do post the following notice in the rooms and outside the hotel:
Dear Guests:
Sheraton Cesme Hotel practices international standarts in health and hygiene. Therefore it is requested that no food and beverage items from the outside brought into the hotel. Security will keep all food and beverage items from outside at the hotel entrances with storage card. Thank you for your understanding.
Go down each day and eat your breakfast at the hotel entrance. If you can get enough like-minded guests to use the entrance as a picnic ground I'm sure the policy will change
