This indicates a problem with your Internet Explorer Cookie settings. Goto your Internet Explorer [Privacy] settings, click [Advanced] and make sure that First Party Cookies is set to Accept.

This finally worked for me!
I never knew that one had to do this, as I had set my IE First Party cookies on "prompt", but was never prompted!!

Now that I have it working, and if I search for a *A BOM-LAX award, using "SNT", then I only receive an LH and an ANA (NH) itinerary, with no TG or SQ shown - is there a reason why??
