So i tell her thats total crap, that i picked out my own hotels now and that she should just go ahead and book those along with some sightseeing stuff and the transfers in between.
2 days later I still havent heard back so i call again. She says she forwarded the whole thing back to the Amsterdam office and shes waiting on their offer. I tell her: but i told you to book the Hotels? She says it wont take long.

So i think screw it, ill just do it myself, only 4 weeks to go till we depart and if i wait too long the hotels might be booked out! So 30 mins later i had booked all 4 Hotels (3 of which only had 1 Room left at the desired dates) through the Centurion Travel Agent in charge of only Hotels and not bigger travel arrangements.

Unbelievable.

So i call her and say that i already booked all the hotels and she can just scrap the whole thing but that I would still like them to arrange the sightseeing stuff and the transfers. She then has the nerve to tell me that they only do whole travel arrangements and not the other stuff seperately.

Tomorrow I guess I will have to call a supervisor and complain just a tiny little bit.

This is so ridiculous.
You need to verify that the CTS agent did not cancel the reservations you made. I would check now and once again just before your travel starts. Travel safe.
