Thought of a Baltic cruise for next summer and called Centurion travel. Person I spoke with asked a lot of appropriate questions so she could send me info and, of course, never sent it.

Called a week later and she was not available, but he peson I spoke with apologized, read my file and said she would send the info immediately. Once again, nothing.

I only use them for things I absolutely need them for, like when they booked my free night at the London/NYC and the DC Mandarin Oriental. I've worked with travel agents before and they fell all over themselves trying to impress me and get my business. AMEX CTS clearly does not have their act together.
