I've been using a BusinessExtrAA number for a few years now, and I've only been transferred to meeting services three times, so I'm not sure how regularly that happens... In my experience, the folks at meeting services can do pretty much anything anyone else can do - the few times I've been referred to them, they seem no better or worse than anyone else you might get. YMMV
