Stayed here last weekend (10/20-22) as my wife and one of her friends were running the Nike Women's Marathon. Had one room for one night (friend's) and our room for two nights. Hotel fully booked. The one-room night, since it was for Saturday night only, was upgraded to a suite on the 34th floor. We received a high-room floor on the 35th floor.

The key on this stay was to get a late check-out for our friend's room so she could have somewhere to clean up after the marathon before heading home. When asked the night prior, the front desk staff informed that no late check outs could be granted, even for platinum members, since the hotel was full - but he did allude that if you weren't out of the room by noon, there wasn't really anything they could do & that as long as the room was vacated by 1:00 PM, everything would be fine. Called down the next morning & stated "as a platinum member, I would like a late check out", and was told the best they could do was 2:00 PM - which was perfect. We were also granted a 3:00 PM check out for our room the following day.

Suite was nice, and the regular room was fine but had thin walls and a smallish bathroom. Staff were very courteous and friendly. The location was perfect for getting to and back from the marathon finish line by simply taking the N. Judah Muni Line.
