I got the download bonus back in November (can't remember when I downloaded and used it, probably September) and on 1/12 I got my first purchase bonus (500) as well as 784 for a "shopping bonus" which is probably what I purchased. I have no idea how much I actually used as I have uninstalled it a while ago.
