It doesn't take a wizzard to see that the UA fully flat and horizontal seats are going to be better for sleeping than the AA seats. Not sure they can be any harder to get out of from window and middle seats than AA.
Also, are you insinuating UA is not going to install the seats? Any basis for that?
Not sure if UA can do it, but it does seem they want to focus on customers who pay to sit in C over upgrades. If they are successful head to head against AA in ORD, it will just mean AA will have to cut even more corners.
