Best 777 Economy Seats to Paris???

Hi,

If I could please tap the collective knowledge for advice on my upcoming IAD-CDG on a 777. I am travelling with my wife, mother and 5 year old!!

Any advice on seating, do they offer Econ+ on these flights? Any help would be greatly appreciated
