I'll give three hints, and if nobody else gets it, I'll give the answer in a day or two.

1.) The hotel I'm thinking of is in the Midwest...and not the only FS Marriott in its city.

2.) Its a mid-rise building (9 stories as I recall)

3.) It also was once flagged as a Quality Inn (before it became a Super 8 and then a Marriott....in that order).
