So many people seem to have forgotten about the invention of the sweater. They're wonderful things: when you're cold, you put one on; when you're hot, you take it off.

I don't think I've ever been too hot on an AS flight, whereas too many hotels I've stayed in have the windows sealed shut and the temperature set to somewhere far north of 68F.
