Oh... my apologies... I missed the error message part of your post when I read it the first time. If you got that message, the e-cert is still valid but you will be required to call customer service to apply it. It's a royal PITA but the e-cert is still valid.

Sorry I didn't catch that the first time I read it... time go get some coffee.
