Was playing around with one of two E-certs I had and went through to the purchase screen, but never entered any info... and just went to another website.

Now when I try to use the E-Cert I receive the dreaded "This promotion code has been used the maximum number of times." message.

Will .bomb cancel the E-cert even though I didn't go complete the transaction?
