Airtime should be 1:20-1:45. The rest of the time is just padding in the schedule to allow them to claim that the flights are on time, even when they are running late.

Looking at the recent history of the flight on FlightAware it would seem that more often than not, the flight is on the ground in NYC well before 9am. The days where it isn't, it is generally very late (i.e. much after 9:40a).
