Well, it remains to be seen. The main problem with LHR terminals 1-4 are not the buildings themselves, but the organizational chaos (long and unpredictable wait times at security, loss of baggage etc.). I am not sure this is going to change for the better with a shiny new terminal building.

I will wait for feedback from Terminal 5 users before considering using BA again.
