Personally, I for one am not too sure what to expect from the new Terminal 5, just a few obvious things that come to my mind (without delving too much into the available publicity) are - that it shall have ultra modern facilities, be less claustrophobic, have a far more efficient flow control of passengers and luggage, making for easier departures,arrivals and connections.So with that and much, much more, can Terminal FIVE attract the BA deserters back?
There is plenty of time, ONCE it has opened, to pile on the complaints. I think we should await until WE personally experience it, before commenting as we do not yet know the answer to your questions!
