As Flight Attendants, believe me when I say we don't want any disruptions either. We like to get home when planned and have our trips go smoothly too. However history has taught us unmistakably and without exception that UAL only pays attention when their bottom line is compromised.

Please make sure UAL is aware of your concerns, and ask them to not make an illegal unilateral change to our collective bargaining agreement. Hopefully they will listen to their best customers better than they have listened to us, and CHAOS to all of our lives can be avoided.
