The Sit and Stroll is not a good choice for use as a stroller anywhere other than smooth indoor floors.

The wheels are small and will get stuck in sidewalk cracks, cobbles, etc. Using it outside also puts your child directly into vehicle exhaust streams b/c it's so low to the ground.
