We rented in Milan and returned in Rome in the spring, and it was far and away the least expensive rate we could fine. I spent way too many hours trying every combination of codes I could find. It was an AAA rate, then a promo code of 101076 and a rate code of WEGWMC. Not a clue if the last two are still valid or not, but just got them from the receipt.

Guaranteed neverlost may or may not happen, the guy next to us was guaranteed neverlost, and they didn't have it for him. They offered him a free day, didn't want it, free tank of gas, didn't want it, all he wanted was the GPS even if they had to step down a car or two, and they just didn't have it.

Also note in the warning section of the receipt in capital letters if it's still there -

Non Residents Renters Req. International Drivers License

they were asking for them at the counter.

But no problems at all in the entire thing, the lines at Milan were a bit long, didn't get Gold Service, but not horrible.
