You can earn miles on the codeshare, but you can't redeem miles on codeshare flights, so that is out of the question. Besides, MAN-BOS is being dropped for good this weekend anyway.
Your only options are the MAN-JFK, through HEL on Finnair, or through LHR conecting onto anyone else there.
NB: Is SN Brussels a BAEC partner? I know they are an AA partner? If so then you have a few options through BRU.
