MLI: Quad Cities International Airport
DSM: Des Moines International Airport

Neither has scheduled passenger service that goes internationally. DSM may actually be able to deal with the occasional charter passenger flight internationally. I think MLI has a customs officer who exists for John Deere cargo shipments.
