Ok, I got an erewards account with no link to an e-miles account, and one that IS the same address as an emiles account, so I will now test the theory that they take away the miles opportunities from people with the same email address for both emiles and erewards....
nope - airline miles still available, on all of the accounts.
obx, don't feel bad. Obviously your erwards mean alot to you, so go find out what happened and let us know. Don't expect an answer too promptly tho - I had to contact them about getting the NWA certificate - they never sent it to me- and it took them like 2 weeks to answer me, finally some nice lady at NWA found it in their system or something like that (it was awhile ago). I have both an e-miles and an e-rewards account, with the same e-mail address. Thus far, the miles awards have NOT disappeared on e-rewards. However, I joined e-rewards several years ago -- i.e., NOT through an invite from e-miles.
