My account says NOTHING about e-miles anywhere in the rewards section...
I think at this point we've finally gotten to the bottom of what is going on... if you sign up through e-miles, you're going to get e-miles as your miles option. While other changes may be in the works, we have no basis for any guesses short of wild speculation.
