Service is also hit and miss. I arrived Sunday night and there was nobody at the front desk. There was another guest there with me waiting to checkin and we had to wait about 5 minutes for someone to show up to check us in.
Went up to my room and found the room assigned was not serviced after the previous guest checked out. This was the 3rd time it happened to me at this hotel. After a Sunday night flight, this was very annoying.
Elevators are small and slow, if you run into the "rush hour" in the morning, it could take a while to get down to the lobby. Other than that, the room is renovated and nice.
