I am not sure if they are Bose Noise Canceling, but they are very nice, high quality headphones. The larger, fancier ones with fluffy earpieces that don't hurt your ears. I forewarn you though apparently per policy, the cabin crew will treat them like the Spanish crown jewels, they are not on the seat at boarding like with the american carriers and they will not start passing them out until about 45 mins to 1 hour (sometimes more) into the flight, and they are all collected about 45 minutes prior to landing.
You will find Iberia is a very strict, policy driven airline when it comes to its cabin crew, they are trained precisely at what minute to do almost everything: hang jackets, offer pre departure drinks, etc, it looks almost robotic to watch if you are used to the more laid back, ¨play it by ear¨ service most american carriers have.
