I can heartily recommend the InterContinental/Holiday Inn family via PriorityClub. As a SPG Plat (325+ nights in the past 18 months, mostly at 4Pts properties) I can say PC's program is currently extremely generous, for the 2007 4Q I've switched most of my SPG business over to a Holiday Inn Express that compares favorably to the Hampton Inns that I've stayed at.
