I don't know the layout of LA at all. Was thinking I wanted to walk out around the Kodak theatre or something if it was accessible (I watch Jimmy Kimmel often and thought that scene would be interesting).

Think I'm going to do this. Could also blow some time touring around LAX. Lots of different 744s there.
If I run out of things to do, I'll just head to the WC and raise a few to help put me to sleep for the flight to DTW. Assuming the LAX WC is accessible for the DTW redeye flight? I saw it's open until 1230a.

BTW, YUL-MIA-YUL for the dates I need = $1,200.
YUL-LAX-MIA-YUL = $600. Airline economics.
