Why I will never fly Northwest
I just got off the phone with customer service from Northwest and as a result will never be flying the airline again. I tried to book a flight online. When I entered in all my info they had a problem processing my CC. My CC is valid and my address is correct so I call customer support. After spending 45 min of having the rep re enter my info she has the same problem so she transfers me to their billing support where they are suppose to be able to take care of these things. When someone finally answered of course the previous lady did not give him any background on my situation. So I was back to square 1 trying to explain my situation. He has the nerve to try to charge me the $10 for booking over the phone. I ask for a supervisor and she was the rudest person I have met and explained that there are no exceptions. I don't know who airlines think they are these days but it needs to stop. I will be flying American instead and pay the extra $100 for the ticket. So long Northwest.
